• Virtual secretary and customer support systems
• Document generation and automation systems
• Data integration and analytics solutions

3. Engagement Process

3.1 Initial Consultation

Our engagement typically begins with a free Growth Mapping Call, scheduled through our website. This consultation is provided at no cost and without obligation.

3.2 Scope and Proposal

Following the initial consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Technical requirements

3.3 Agreement

A separate service agreement will be executed for each project, which will govern the specific terms of that engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Property

The website content, design, logos, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Mila srl. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4.2 Client Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed solutions and deliverables as specified in individual service agreements. Standard libraries, frameworks, and reusable components may remain our property.

4.3 Third-Party Services

Solutions may incorporate third-party platforms (n8n, Make, OpenAI, etc.). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at the legal rate
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties are detailed in individual service agreements.

7.2 Website Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.3 Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, ROI, or revenue increases. Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Client shall pay for all work completed to date

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
